For twenty years, Candice DeLong was on the front lines of some of the FBI’s most gripping and memorable cases.  Some have called her a real-life Clarice Starling and a female Donnie Brasco.  She has tailed terrorists, gone under cover as a gangster’s moll, and was one of three agents chosen to carry out the manhunt for the UNABOMER in Montana.  Today Candice is an internationally recognized FBI profiler and homicide expert, as well as the author of the bestselling memoir SPECIAL AGENT: My Life on the Front Lines as a Woman in the FBI (Hyperion, 2001).  Her memoir, which chronicles her career working on several high profile cases such as the Tylenol Murders and her role in catching the Unabomer, was the subject of both a TV movie and a weekly TV show on safety for women and children.

Since her retirement from the FBI in 2000, Candice DeLong has been a frequent guest on a variety of TV shows providing commentary on crime stories in the news. These shows include, Meet the Press, Hardball, Countdown, Court TV, The Today Show, Good Morning America, CBS Early Show, the ABC and NBC Evening News, Larry King Live, and Oprah.   Today Candice can be seen on the international hit TV show DEADLY WOMEN,  in its 4^th season,  and her new show premiering November 25, 2010 called FACING EVIL with CANDICE DeLONG, both  on the  Investigation Discovery network.
